When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

This allows you time to required to complete a consultation form before your treatment and relax.

Traveling to your appointment: Make sure to leave early enough to account for any seasonal traffic and parking.

What if I am running late?

If for any reason you arrive past your appointment start time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We kindly request 24 hour’s notice should you need to change or cancel a booking. Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

We have a strict policy of managing all issues relating to cancellations or rescheduling appointments they must be via telephone on 03 5672 3800.
