When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
This allows you time to required to complete a consultation form before your treatment and relax.
Traveling to your appointment: Make sure to leave early enough to account for any seasonal traffic and parking.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We kindly request 24 hour’s notice should you need to change or cancel a booking. Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Please note: Revive Beauty & Spa will not take note of or respond to any text messages or emails regarding cancellations, whether sent during business hours or outside business hours. Please call.
We have a strict policy of managing all issues relating to cancellations or rescheduling appointments they must be via telephone on 03 5672 3800.
